1. Terms of Service

Ecom Technology Co. will host an account for you, the purchaser (hereafter referred to as the "Account Holder"), for the Account Holder's chosen domain name, for the period of time (the "Billing Term") corresponding with the payment plan chosen by the Account Holder. This contract will be automatically renewed at the end of the Term and each successive renewal term, unless terminated prior.

2. Termination or Cancellation Of Service by the Account Holder

Termination or cancellation of services by the Account Holder must be given in written form, AT LEAST 30 DAYS PRIOR to the termination date.

3. Refund Policy

For any one of the shared web hosting plans, the full amount paid less any set up fees and overages will be refunded if Ecom Technology Co. is notified of your intent to terminate within the first 30 days following initial account activation. There are no refunds available for Miva license fees or Miva monthly fees, MS SQL services, Symantec Antivirus Email Scan service, dedicated audio streams or any additional services added to the shared web hosting | account.

Cancellations will NOT generate ANY refund past 30 days. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS PAST 30 DAYS OF ORDERING A SHARED WEB HOST ACCOUNT.

All additional services or features added to a host account past the initial 30 days are charged upon activation on a per Invoice basis. Additional items are NON-REFUNDABLE, even if prepaid for the billing term of the account and include Miva License Fees, Miva Monthly Fees, Symantec Antivirus Email Scan service, and MS SQL database hosting services and all other additional item services added to any shared web hosting account.

By using Ecom Technology Co. shared web hosting services you agree that you have read and agree \to the Billing Policy located at http://support.ecomtechnology.com/billing.html. You also agree that Ecom Technology can change the billing policy at anytime without prior notification and that you, as an account holder, are solely responsible for reviewing the billing policy from time to time.
